MOBILIZATION |

MMD Global has competent staffs who evaluate the selection of applicants for various positions required in behalf of the principals. Most of our principals entrusted to us the selection of qualified applicants for them except for cases that the principals send their representatives to do so. The company assumes full responsibility in the qualifications, trainings and working experiences of its selected workers. However, we still seek the final approval of our selected workers from the principals itself. |

PROBATION |

|
MMD Global agrees with the standard practice of our Principals that the workers we deploy shall undergo a three (3) months probationary period to enable the Principals evaluate the competency of workers in their respective field. |

| PROCESSING OF TRAVEL DOCUMENTS |
|
| |
MMD Global has competent Liaison Officers who gives assistance in the expeditious processing of the selected workers pertinent documents, like their passports, NBI clearance, medical certificates authentication and verification of school credentials in various institutions and government offices. |

| NOTIFICATION OF DEPLOYMENT DATES |
|
| |
MMD Global notifies the principals of the workers confirmed flight schedules three (3) days in advance prior to deployment date. If there are any changes of schedule from the Airlines, principals are immediately advised. |
