MMD GLOBAL MANPOWER SERVICES CO. (Formerly SANA Overseas Manpower Services Co. Ltd.) is committed to serve its foreign principals and has maintained its efficient undertakings in the deployment of Overseas Filipino Workers.

The company maintains a large number of qualified applicants ready anytime. Upon receiving notification of job orders from our principals we immediately mobilize by searching through our pool of applicants. Manpower pooling is also done through various media advertisements, provincial recruitment, agent-assisted recruitment and direct hiring of walk in applicants.

The company has competent evaluators in screening applicants through theoretical and practical evaluation. Trade Tests are done thru globally accredited testing centers, the Phil Asia and Fil-Trade to ensure the competency of the workers we deploy.

MMD Global is staffed with the right people who competently pre-qualify the applicants. If the principals send representatives, the number of applicants normally pre-qualified is twice the number they require, unless specified by the principals.

MMD Global has competent staffs who evaluate the selection of applicants for various positions required in behalf of the principals. Most of our principals entrusted to us the selection of qualified applicants for them except for cases that the principals send their representatives to do so. The company assumes full responsibility in the qualifications, trainings and working experiences of its selected workers. However, we still seek the final approval of our selected workers from the principals itself.

MMD Global agrees with the standard practice of our Principals that the workers we deploy shall undergo a three (3) months probationary period to enable the Principals evaluate the competency of workers in their respective field.

MMD Global notifies the principals of the workers confirmed flight schedules three (3) days in advance prior to deployment date. If there are any changes of schedule from the Airlines, principals are immediately advised.
